Ethiopia encounters more than 80 ethnic tribe groups. The Omo Valley is a melting pot of cultures that have tried to keep untouched their traditions for generations up to our days. Day 1 In the morning, fly to Arba Minch. After lunch, visith the Dorze Village, known for their cotton skills and the beehive shaped huts. Overnight in Arba Minch (lodge or hotel).
Day 2 Take a boat trip in lake Chamo and drive to Jinka. (lodge, hotel or camping).
Day 3 Drive to Mago National Park and visit the Mursi tribe, known for the clay plates used by the women on their lower lip. Proceed to Turmi for overnight (lodge, hotel or camping).
Day 4 Drive back to Arba Minch. On the way, visit the Konso village, known for the beehive-shaped bamboo houses and the fine cotton weaved by their people. Overnight in Arba Minch (lodge or hotel).

Day 8 Drive to Konso via Key Afar and visit the popular market where Benna and Tsemai tribes trade goods (Thursdays). In Konso, you can also visit the market (Mondays and Thursdays). Overnight in Konso (lodge, hotel or camping).
Day 9 Drive to El Sod, homeland of a crater lake with an enormous salt deposit called the “House of Salt ” and visit the land of the Borena tribe, a nomadic ethnic group that lives in Kenya. Continue driving to Yirgalem for overnight (lodge or camping).
Day 10 Drive to Langano passing by the Sidamo coffee plantations. Stop in Awassa and visit the fish markets. Overnight in Langano (lodge, hotel or camping).
